RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. School Calendar and Class Arrangement 校曆表及課堂安排

-The duration of a session of Math and English classes are 50 minutes and 55 minutes respectively. Each Eye Level Centre reserves the right to make any amendments based on the headquarters' decision.
數學課上課時間為50分鐘，英語課則為55分鐘。教室保留修改之權利，並以總公司之公佈為準。

-There are no classes on all public holidays and centre holidays.
所有教室於公眾假期及教室假期休假。

-The monthly tuition fee is based on an average of 4 classes per month over the course of the year.
請按教室之校曆表上課 ，扣除所有假期後學生每科每月平均上課4堂。

-Students are required to attend classes on time. Parents or guardians should drop off and pick up their children according to scheduled class time. Classes will not be extended or delayed for latecomers.
學生需準時上課及下課。請各家長 / 監護人於指定時間到達教室接送學生。逾時者恕不補時。

-Students, who wish to change the regular class time, are required to notify the centre at least 1 day prior to the scheduled lesson.  Students who are sick, are required to present a valid doctor certificate for a make-up class arrangement.  Only under these 2 circumstances, a make-up class can be arranged within 1 month of the original class.
如欲更改課堂時間，須於課堂前最少1天通知本教室(病假有醫生證明書除外)；如因生病缺課，學員必須提供醫生證明書才予以補堂。該補堂必須於缺課日的同一個月內補堂，不得順延，未能於同一個月內安排補堂，不論任何原因，學費均不可退回或順延至下一個月。
 
-A maximum of 2 make-up classes are allowed within 8 lessons (except sick leave). No make-up class will be arranged for no-show without prior notice.
於8堂中，最多可安排兩堂補課 (病假除外)。本教室將不會為缺席而未有事先通知的學生安排補課。
 
-No make-up classes or refunds will be offered if notification of absence received is less than 1 day before the regular class time, sick leave without medical certification, absence or lateness. However, parents/guardians are encouraged to collect homework from Eye Level to maintain their child's learning progress.
少於1天通知更改課堂時間、生病而未能出示醫生證明書、遲到或缺課者，不論任何原因 (病假有醫生證明書除外)，恕不補堂或退款。為免影響學習進度，家長/監護人可到教室領取作業，讓子女在家完成。
 
-In order to ensure a smooth class flow, students are encouraged not to leave the classroom during classes. Parents/guardians should bring their children to the washroom before classes begin.
為免影響課堂進行，請各家長 /監護人於上課前陪同學生前往洗手間。

-Students should bring essential stationery, Eye Level booklets, required learning tools and water bottle to class.
學生上課時應攜帶所需文具、教材、教具和水樽。

-Parents/guardians should encourage their children to complete all assigned homework every week.
請各家長 /監護人鼓勵學生完成每星期的作業。

2. Personal hygiene and classroom regulations 衛生措施

-Parents/guardians are encouraged to inform the Eye Level Centre and instructors if the student has any serious health issue or known allergy that may require special attention.
如學生因個別健康情況需特別留意(如哮喘、糖尿病、敏感症等)，請與導師或教室職員聯絡。

-To prevent the transmission of any contagious/infectious diseases (e.g. Influenza, chickenpox, HFMD), centre will strictly follow the guidelines released by the Hong Kong’s Department of Health and Centre for Health Protection.  Cautions and good hygienic practices will be carried out accordingly.
為預防傳染病(如流感、水痘、手足口病等)在教室傳播，教室已參照香港衛生署及衛生防護中心之建議，採取各項衛生及預防措施，確保教室清潔衛生。
 
-Students are recommended to wear a mask during the lessons to protect each other and bring spare masks with them. Masks can be bought in Centre for $2 each.
在教室時，學生要自備兩個口罩於書包內，以備有需要時用。如忘記帶口罩，家長可於教室購買，每個口罩$2。
 
-We highly recommend students to stay at home if they suffer from a fever, upper respiratory infection (e.g. runny nose, cough or sneeze) or physically unfit for class. Students should stay at home and rest.
請留意子女的身體狀況，如身體不適便應立即求醫，並留在家中休息，切勿到教室上課。

3. School fees 學費須知

-A one-time enrollment fee will be charged for all new students upon enrollment or for students who have not been enrolled for six months or more.
教室將於入學前向新生或停學6個月或以上之舊生收取一次性之行政費。

-The tuition fee is charged on a monthly basis and should be settled on or before the 1st lesson of each month.
學費按月收費並以一整月計算。家長/監護人須於每月第一堂前繳清全數學費。

-Eye Level Centres reserve the right to refuse a student from attending further classes if their payment is overdue for 2 classes or more.
如學生未能於限期前繳清相關學費，教室將保留拒絕其繼續上課的權利。

-All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable once collected except in the event that the program or activity is discontinued by Eye Level or Daekyo Hong Kong Company Limited.
除有關課程/ 活動因人數不足取消或報名不獲接納外，所有已繳之費用一概不設轉讓或退款。大教香港有限公司及 Eye Level 教室保留最終之決定權。

-Payment can be made via FPS, bank transfer, cheques, cash, EPS, or Alipay.
學費接受以轉數快、銀行轉賬、支票、現金、易辦事、支付寶方式繳款 。

-Notice of withdrawal from current classes has to be submitted at least 1 month in advance. 
學員如欲退學，請於最少1個月前通知教室。

4. Inclement Weather Arrangement 惡劣天氣情況下之安排

-Unless the Education Bureau has made special announcement on closure of Centers, all classes will operate as usual under Amber or Red Storm Warning, Tropical Cyclone Signals No. 1 or 3 is issued.
除教育局之特別公佈外，教室將於下列情況下照常上課。
a.   香港天文台發出黃色或紅色暴雨警告；
b.   香港天文台懸掛一號或三號熱帶氣旋警告信號
 
- Parents may consider whether to bring their children to class under the weather condition mentioned above. For those students who cannot come to class, parents can come to collect homework by appointment with our tutor, but no make-up lessons or refund will be provided due to inclement weather conditions.
家長可自行決定是否讓學生出席及完成該課堂。如學生因惡劣天氣未能出席該課堂，雖不設補課或退款，但家長可以預約前來領取該堂的作業。
 
-If Black Storm Warning is issued or Tropical Cyclone No. 8 is hoisted during the lesson, all classes will be cancelled. Parents should immediately come to centre to pick up the student. Homework for the cancelled classes can be collected by appointments, but no make-up lessons or refund will be provided due to inclement weather conditions.
教室將於黑色暴雨警告或八號及以上熱帶氣旋警告信號生效時停課，該課堂將不設補課或退款，但家長可預約前來領取該堂的作業。若上課期間懸掛，家長應儘快前來接回學生。
 
-All classes will be resumed in 2 hours after Tropical Cyclone No.8 or Black Storm Warning is cancelled without any further notice.  Parents are advised to listen to radio or television announcements regularly.
教室將於香港天文台取消或除下黑色暴雨警告或八號及以上熱帶氣旋警告信號2小時後恢復課堂。請各家長自行安排學生上課，恕不另行通知。家長應留意電台或電視台有關天氣的最新公佈。
 
-If Tropical Cyclone No.8 or Black Storm Warning is cancelled after 2:30pm, all afternoon classes will be closed.  
如香港天文台於當日下午2時30分或之後除下黑色暴雨警告或八號及以上熱帶氣旋警告信號，教室將取消當日所有課堂。
 
5. General Provisions 一般守則

-Students should behave properly at the Eye Level Centre. They should refrain from conduct that threatens the safety or health of themselves or others, disrupts the administration of the Centre, or is discourteous to other students, teachers, or other members of the school staff.
學生應遵守教室紀律，避免作出任何危害自身或他人安全及影響教室運作之行為。學生亦應尊重他人（包括導師、教室職員、其他學生及家長），不應作任何惡意批評或攻擊。

-Students are expected to take good care of the Centre environment, learning resources, and property. Anyone who damages the property of the Eye Level Centre will be held responsible for replacement or repair.
學生應愛護公物及保持教室整潔。如有毀壞，需依價賠償。
 
-Photographs or videos may be taken throughout the lessons or events for the purposes of progress reporting and marketing. Any objection should be sent in writing to the centre.
本中心可能於上課或活動進行時為學生拍攝或錄影，如家長不欲學童之照片用作推廣用途，請以書面形式通知本校。

-Students should refrain from bringing valuables and toys to the class. Eye Level Centres will not be liable for any lost, missing, or damaged property.
學生應避免攜帶任何貴重物品或玩具到教室。如有遺失，教室恕不負責。
